The Activity bus is available by indicating on registration that it is needed.
Some ASA’s may have a small fee.
Students may sign up for more than one if they are on different days.

Mt.Hood Meadows Providence Medical Consent form
Additional forms thru Mt. Hood Meadows
STEP 3: Bring ski or snowboard gear to school before 9:15am.
*We will have a secure room to lock it up in.*

Sign up for the Oregon City Science Mentor Program, please answer the following questions with your parent/guardian.
